On Sunday, February 3, 2019, Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Young Businesswomen Council, will launch the initiative of the Council (hand in hand) that aims to provide facilities and overcome the challenges that young business women may face in the Eastern Province when they start their projects through partnerships with sponsors.

His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef, the Amir of the Eastern Province, has launched the initiative mid-January in his office in the Emirate Diwan.

His Highness stressed the importance of the role played by Saudi women in providing the national economy with qualitative initiatives and improving the environment of the business sector.

The Board has signed six agreements with a number of partners that will provide various services to business leaders, who want to start their own projects.

This is a translation of the initiative put forward by the Council with a view to providing free or cost-effective services to entrepreneurs.

Moreover, the President of the Council, Najla Bint Hamad Al-Abdulqader, said that the initiative will be launched through a special web page that will be within the official website of Asharqia Chamber, where applications will be received after the registration of businesswomen on the site and enter their personal information and details of their projects and the type of service they need.

She noted that all applications submitted through the site will be received by a specialized team.

So that they will be evaluated and screened by the team and then directed to qualified partners who provides the service needed by the entrepreneurs.

Al-Abdulqadir said that the initiative targets the business entrepreneurs of the Chamber, whose business history does not exceed three years, where partners will provide various services.

The most important of which are the provision of low-cost office space, consultancy, legal and marketing services, accounting and technical services.

She pointed to the complementary role of the Chamber with business institutions in providing initiatives that aimed at providing assistance and support to emerging projects.

She explained that these agreements will contribute to raising the ability of business entrepreneurs to overcome the challenges that may face in their projects, which often suffer from stumbling during the early years.
